Disruptive Technology & Business Models (OPNS-918-0)

Description:

This course counts toward the following majors: Operations Management.

This 10-week course will concentrate on disruptive technology solutions and business models. The course will focus on turning conventional businesses into e-enabled businesses where technology serves as a catalyst to both disrupt and revolutionize the business process. Students will strive to turn their ideas into actual practical working businesses, as we explore the re-engineering of older business models to achieve dramatic growth in otherwise stagnant and highly fragmented markets.
